Robert James Harkness was a brilliant artist who believed that creative expression fills communities and individuals’ hearts with love. He dedicated his life to sharing this love though painting, drawing, street art, graphic design, and photography.

The Harkness Arts Foundation was formed to preserve Robert’s memory through the support of young, talented artists who also seek to fill the world with beauty.
